Icard Elementary School Students who earned their second nine-week AR goal enjoyed a great treat on February 3. The Catawba Science Center came to the school and performed a Physical Science Show.  They presented concepts on static electricity, pressure and the properties of liquid nitrogen.   Steel, an instructor from the science center walked on broken glass and laid on a bed of nails.  He explained how he did that and why students should never try these experiments at home.

Icard students can earn "Colts Cash" for their classes by exhibiting good behavior.

Grand prize winners are determined at the end of each Nine Week Grading Period.

Winning results are displayed each week in the cafeteria on the "Icard Colts Race Wall."
