The North Carolina Window on Student Education (NC WISE) integrates all aspects of public school life from the classroom to the central office. NC WISE is web-based and centrally maintained for capturing, accessing and reporting a wide spectrum of student information. NC WISE provides teachers, principals, counselors, nurses, central office staff, and others with direct and immediate access to a full spectrum of data on a student's entire career in the North Carolina school system.
The purpose of this website is to keep Teachers, Data Managers, Administrators, and Central Office staff abreast of new information as it becomes available from the NC WISE state staff. Training documents will also be available on this site.

DPI | DPI is requesting that all teachers include their LEA e-mail address in WISE. So, please submit yours. Go to Setup Options, Preferences, and key your e-mail address in the proper location. Please make sure that you include your Burke County Schools e-mail address, not a personal e-mail address. Thanks! |

All employees and non-employees who have access to NC WISE need to complete the AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) form and return to their respective data manager or your building supervisor as soon as possible. This helps BCPS ensure that our data is secure.
