Battle of the Books is a competition sponsored by the North Carolina School Library Media Association.  Students read books from the NCSLMA BoB List and prepare to compete to answer questions about the books.   Each school team can have up to 12 students, with 6 students competing at one time.   

The Burke County Battle of the Books Competition took place on March 20 at the Foothills Higher Education Center in Morganton.  Our team competed against 14 other elementary schools in Burke County.  We did a great job, even though we didn't place in the top 3, and we had lots of fun.  We are so proud of our team!  Let's BOB!!!!!!!!
