Jingle Bell Walk
​Thrity-two of Mountain Crest Elementary students, teachers, staff members, and their families gathered for a Jingle Bell Walk carying cans for Burke United Christian Ministries Food Pantry.

Friday, December 2nd thrity-two of Mountain Crest Elementary students, teachers, staff members, and their families gathered for a Jingle Bell Walk.  Organized by Mountain Crest's Physical Education Teacher, Richard Isaacs, as part of the health initiative participants walked from Mountain Crest School to downtown Morganton carrying cans for the Burke United Christian Ministries Food Pantry.  On the walk back participants stopped at Millside Manor and sang Christmas Carols with some of the residents there.
