Bob R. McGuire Memorial Scholarship
The NCCSC Scholarship awards $2,000 to eligible North Carolina high school seniors who plan to attend a college, university, technical institute, or trade school in 2026.
Deadline: April 23, 2026
Applicants must:
- Be a resident of North Carolina
- Be a graduating high school senior
- Have maintained an unweighted GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Have been accepted to a post-secondary institution
- Have at least one parent who is either:
- A current North Carolina Child Support Council member, or
- An active client of the North Carolina Child Support Program (IV-D services or AOC Clerk of Court services)

Scholarships range in value from $26,000 to $40,000 over four years of study.
