Traditional Kindergarten

Will your child be five years old on or before August 31st? If so, it is time to register your child for Kindergarten.

To find your Home School:

In the left column, enter your address in the "Search By Address" field, and click search.  Scroll to the bottom of the results in the left column to see your home Elementary School.

Enrollment Information:

Complete this form for Kindergarten Registration.  Once the form is complete, someone from your child’s home school will be contacting you to collect more information and schedule a DIAL screening appointment.

DIAL Screening:

Students entering Kindergarten are given a short assessment prior to entry.

 

Information needed to enroll:

To complete your kindergarten registration, you will need proof of age (birth certificate or other), three proofs of residency, and completed registration form.

 

Other information:

Students are required to have a completed health assessment and receive the required immunizations for Kindergarten before they begin school in August. Students that do not have the required immunizations by the 30th day of school will be excluded from school until the requirement is met.
